Dallas iMedia Network to
Televise 2009 Season Games

The IWFL Dallas Diamonds are proud to announce a partnership with Dallas iMedia Network. This will allow fans across the DFW metroplex and all over the world to catch the four time World champions in action each week of the 2009 season.

Dallas iMedia Network shows programming in the Dallas, Collin and Richardson counties and has simultaneous live streams on its website for those outside the area. Viewers on the Time Warner Cable system can tune into games on channels 95 and 96 while the Verizon Fios customers can catch it on channels 44 or 45.

Chris Connolly, Dallas iMedia's Director of Programming and Media Education is thrilled with the alliance. "We have been hoping to get some professional sports programming on our network and this unique partnership with the Dallas Diamonds is just what we were looking for."

The Diamond's will also feature a coach's show in addition to their games, offering new fans a chance to get to know the staff, coaches and players. A recent upgrade in Dallas iMedia's broadband capabilities will allow them to host over 3,000 web viewers at any given time. "If there are Dallas Diamond fans in Iceland, even they can catch the games!" said Connolly "We are proud to be the official station of Dallas Diamonds football."

Official dates and times of the broadcast will be announced soon. The IWFL kicks off the 2009 season, April 11, when the Diamonds premier their opening game against the Houston Energy.
